Delicious fresh biscuits.

Add all dry ingredients together
Shred/cut butter in quickly – when mixed in make well in centre
Pour in milk
Stir until combined
Pour onto floured surface and knead a few times to combine – dough will be a little sticky
Roll out to 1 inch thickness
Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter but pushing straight down
Place on sheet pan toucing each other
Reform dough by kneading as little as possible
Roll and cut again
Bake at 450 until browned and cooked (knife inserted comes out clean)
