Delicious and hearty braised lentils

 2 cups vegetable stock
 1 cup green lentils (not red or yellow)
 2 medium carrots
 2 medium onions
 6 celery ribs
 1 tablespoon savoury herb
 2 pinches salt and pepper

Combine lentils and stock in a pot and simmer until cooked

Saute chopped onions, carrots, celery, season with salt and pepper

Once the veg are caramelized add to lentils with savoury
