How to make Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Lemon and Garlic

  1. 01

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C), following its instructions. Pat the salmon dry and cut into evenly sized 1-inch pieces.

  2. 02

Mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Turn the salmon gently through the mixture.

  3. 03

Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces. Cook for 4 minutes, turn carefully, then cook for another 4 to 6 minutes. Work in batches if needed.

  4. 04

Check the centre of several thick pieces with a food thermometer: each must reach 145°F (63°C). Continue cooking if needed. Finish with parsley and optional lemon wedges.
