Cheesy Corn On The Cob

This corn on the cob is the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The parmesan cheese forms a nice little crust that adds a nice little touch to each bite.

 4 corn on the cob
 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 2 teaspoons melted butter
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Heat up the grill to medium- high. Combine the butter, salt, garlic salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

Remove the husk and silk from the corn on the cob. Rinse and pat dry. Use a piece of tinfoil for each piece of corn and place each cob on the foil. Coat each piece of corn in the butter mixture and wrap in the foil, ensuring a double layer around the entire cob.

Place the corn on the barbecue, turning frequently, about every 5 minutes. Remove the corn from the barbecue after about 25 minutes, or once the kernels are tender.
