Eat this guacamole with vegetable sticks, corn chips, home made pita crisps… add it on top of a salad or in your fajitas. Regardless of how you eat it I’m sure you’ll love it. It’s my favourite!

3 avocados - pit and skin removed
1/4 cup cilantro leaves - chopped
juice of one whole lime
1/2 large jalapeño - chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 roma tomato - seeds removed
1/8 lemon juice
1/4 red onion - chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Best served chilled.
