Bacon, bacon, bacon! This is a great treat for any bacon lover to enjoy at a weekend brunch.

Flatten the centre of the bread with the back of a spoon.
Spread meat sauce on both slices. Place baby leaf greens, a soft poached egg and shredded cheese on one side.
Place the other slice of bread on top and wrap completely with the bacon strips.
Cover and cook for another 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
