Place brussels sprouts in a large bowl. add the avocado oil and toss to coat.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bread crumbs, tossing to coat thoroughly.
Take out a large baking sheet and spread the brussel sprouts evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, before flipping.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the sprouts are tender and slightly crisped on the outside.
