I refuse to use teflon pans so I use cast iron as my non stick and it works great. Preheating the pan is a must
Get the pan on with oil to heat up over medium heat
Rip out the middle of the bread and put in pan to toast
Crack egg into bowl (to avoid shells or breaking yolk) and pour egg into space in bread
Flip, count to 10, remove and serve
