All dressed Fresh Breadsticks

A great addition to any soup or dip, these bread sticks are quick, easy and taste delicious.

 2 tubes of Crescent Sheets (ideally Pillsbury)
 1 cup of melted butter or olive oil
 1/4 cup grated parmesano reggiano
 2 tablespoons minced onion
 2 tablespoons minced garlic
 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 2 tablespoons poppyseeds
 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 375º degrees.

Spread flour on a clean dry surface like a counter top or large flat cutting board.

Take first package of crescent rolls out of the package, and roll into long flat sheet.

Using a cooking brush, top with melted butter or olive oil.

slice the dough into 8 equal slices. repeat the above steps with second package of crescent rolls.

Combine the parmesano reggiano, minced onions, minced garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt.

Top bread sticks with about three quarters of the combined toppings.

Slice each of the bread sticks in half vertically. Twist the two pieces together.

Place the twisted bread sticks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with remaining toppings.

Bake until puffy and golden, roughly 12 minutes.
