A simply delicious dessert made from blueberries and white chocolate on a cookie crust. Gorgeous, easy and delicious!

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and baking soda together. Press into ungreased 9″ x 13″ baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Mix blueberries, water and cornstarch in a 1 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips over crust.
Spoon fruit mixture over the white chocolate chips.
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer.
Let cool and cut into bars. Makes one 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
