 1 sunrise apple
 1 cucumber
 half a bunch of celery
 1 lime
 2 carrots

What I used from my current Organics Live box was the whole cucumber, and one canadian sunrise apple. I also used half of a celery bunch, 2 carrots, and a lime. This made one large mason jar that I could sip on throughout the day or share with my girlfriend in the morning/lunch, perfect for a really quick juice and easy cleanup that we can begin to tackle the day.. All 100% organic 🙂

I cut the apple into small pieces, cut lime in three slices, and put them through my juicer. I then fed the celery stalks and cucumber sliced though and then finished with the carrots to push everything through. Nice, quick, and healthy.
