Delicious candy apples done easier. With the core removed and the apples cut in half, these are much easier to enjoy.

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
Set a glass bowl over the saucepan making sure it doesn't touch the water.
Add chocolate chips to bowl. Stir until melted.
Add in coconut oil and stir until smooth.
Place apples upright on a cutting board and cut in half, removing the core.
Using a paring knife, make a small cut onto the bottom of the apple slice. Insert popsicle stick.
Line a large baking sheet with wax paper and grease with coconut oil.
Dip apple slices into melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, 5 to 10 minutes.
Clean bowl
Melt the white chocolate and milk chocolate the same way as the semi sweet chocolate was melted, one type at a time.
Drizzle with caramel sauce, white chocolate or milk chocolate and top as desired - using the peanuts, oreos, pretzels, coconut and M&m's, Be generous!
Return to refrigerator until the white chocolate and caramel set, about 5 minutes. store in refrigerator.
