This is one of the easiest desserts. It tastes decadent, takes very little time to make and looks great when served. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and fresh. Pineapple and orange slices also work well as an alternative or in addition to the strawberries and bananas. I also advise using toothpicks to eat the pieces of fruit in order to keep hands clean and bellies satisfied.

Peel bananas and cut into small 1 inch pieces. Rinse and dry the strawberries. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Pour half the bag of chocolate chips into a microwavable bowl. Microwave the chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and add half of the vegetable oil. Microwave for an additional 1 minute and then remove from microwave and stir.
Dip a piece of banana in the chocolate so half or three quarters of the piece is coated. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat for the remaining pieces of banana.
Pour the remaining chocolate chips in the microwavable bowl. Place into microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and add the rest of the vegetable oil. Microwave for an additional 1 minute and then remove from microwave and stir.
Dip a strawberry in the chocolate so half or three quarters of the strawberry is coated. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat for the remaining strawberries and place the baking sheet in the fridge.
Allow for the chocolate to harden, about an hour depending on how cool your fridge is. Remove from fridge and enjoy!
