Use this cheese sauce over top your favourite veggies and you'll have the whole family begging for more.

Melt butter in pot
Add flour
Stir and cook for a few min on med heat – don’t burn it
Whisk in 2 cups milk
Bring to boil slowly– this now is called a bechamel sauce
Remove from heat – add lots of shredded cheese – at least 2 cups of it – cheddar, jack, mozzarella etc..
If you have cream cheese – 3 tbsp is enough but make sure you add another cheese as well
You can use fancy cheeses too – but that’s better for garnish
