Slice the peppers in half long ways, take out the seeds and ribs, or lean in, just depends on your liking to heat or just a little heat!
Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture, and wrap with the pre-cooked bacon and secure the end with a tooth pick.
Put a sheet of foil on the grill and place the peppers on the foil.
Close the lid on the grill and cook at about 400 degrees for 25 minutes, depending on your bacon doneness desires.
