Oven roasted chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, tomatoes, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese! Easy, healthy and a family favorite!

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano and paprika.
Add the chicken and turn to coat.
Place chicken with lemon, olive oil mix into a large baking pan.
Bake at 425 for about 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned. Remove from oven and top with chopped tomatoes, Kalamata olives and sprinkle with Feta cheese. Pour the white wine around the chicken.
Return to oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice and a green salad. Serves 6 to 8.
