This delicious crunchy tofu snack full of protein is guaranteed to satisfy your snacking cravings.

1) Heat oven to 350
2) Hold block of tofu lengthwise and slice into 1/8″ slices
3) Mix 1 part mustard, 1 part maple syrup – 1/2 cup each covers 1 block – dip each piece in sauce and place on non stick baking sheet, silicon mat, or oiled surface and sprinkle with pepper
4) Bake for 20 minutes
5) Remove baked tofu from oven and serve with remaining maple/mustard dip
