Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper. Whisk together.
Add chicken and turn to coat. Let stand for about 10 minutes
Pour chicken and marinade into a large baking pan
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or until chicken is browned and juices run clear. Serve with brown rice and a green salad.
