I absolutely love making my own spice blends so I am aware of exactly what’s going into my food. If you have a little herb garden, I encourage you to make your own dried herbs as well. Homemade always tastes so much better, and you can adjust to whatever will suit your tastes best.

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Use a bowl to combine all ingredients together. Mix well to ensure everything has been evenly combined.
