Not only is this salsa super easy- it tastes SO yummy! Perfect for something cold and fresh as an appetizer. Feel free to use regular sea salt add some avocado or some fresh charred corn kernels to make it your own. The full jalapeño gives it quite the kick, so adjust the quantity to your preference. Serve with fresh corn chips or any type of crisp or cracker.

 3 hot house tomatoes - chopped
 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
 1 small jalapeño - diced
 1 teaspoon himalayan pink salt
 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
 1 clove garlic - chopped
 1 fresh squeezed lime juice
 1/4 red onion

Combine the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, onion, and jalapeño in a medium bowl. Add the salt and pepper, then the lime juice. Stir well to combine thoroughly. Refrigerate for best results.
